Beverly Hilder Anderson
Beverly H. Anderson, died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Northshore Medical / Union Hospital in Lynn after a short illness, she was 72. Beverly was born on May 27, 1936 in Malden, the daughter of the late Arthur W. and Margaret C. (Clark) Anderson. Beverly was raised and educated in Malden and was a graduate of Malden High School. While in high school she was member of the rifle club. After her schooling Beverly started working for the John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston and remained there for the next forty years as a company secretary, until her retirement in 1995. In her spare time Beverly enjoyed following the Boston Red Sox, watching television and going out to eat with her brother to Newick’s Seafood Restaurants, in New Hampshire. She enjoyed her two trips across the southern and northern parts of the United States and the Phoenix, AZ area with her dear friend Jane Jones. Beverly had been a resident of Saugus for the last ten years and was formerly from Everett & Malden. Beverly is survived by her brother, Arthur A. Anderson of Saugus, her step-sister Doris Snyder of Lynn, her nephew, Thomas W. Anderson of Saugus, and her niece’s Donna Snyder of NH and Jean Snyder of Lynn and her dear friend Jane Jones of Melrose. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur W. Anderson and Margaret C. (Clark) Anderson and her sister-in-law Mary L. Anderson. Visiting hours have been omitted. Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service which will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 11 AM in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. The Rev. Martha A Dominy will be officiating.
