Ralph Cappuccio

Ralph  Cappuccio,  44, a loving husband and father,  died Wednesday evening,. April 23, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by his family and friends.  Ralph was born and raised in Malden.  He graduated from Malden High with the Class of 1981.  After high school, he attended college for a short time before taking employment with the Verizon Phone Company.  He worked there for 25 years, most recently as the instructor for the service technicians. 

He married his sweetheart  Laurie Tomacelli in St. Josephs Church of Needham in June of 1990. The two settled down in North Reading to raise their family.  They became members of Saint Maria Goretti Parish in Lynnfield, and were active member of the church.   Ralph loved sports, but his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Laurie (Tomacelli) Cappuccio of  N. Reading, his parents, Pasquale &  Giusettina Cappuccio of Malden, his children,  Joseph Cappuccio  of N .Reading, Carley Cappuccio of N. Reading, and  Olivia Cappuccio of N. Reading, his brothers,  Michael Cappuccio of Saugus and  Carmine Cappuccio  of TN, his sister,  Susanna Ross of Winthrop, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 28th, at 10AM, at St. Maria Goretti's Parish in Lynnfield.  Father Thomas Powers, pastor of the church, will be officiating.  Burial will be follow in  the Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.

Visitation will be held at the Church, St. Maria Goretti Parish, 112 Chestnust Street, Lynnfield, MA,  on Sunday, April 27th, from 4 – 8 PM.
