Adam Christian Forte Adam C. Forte of Malden died suddenly on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, he was 29. Born on February 20, 1979 in Malden, he was the son of Charles F. Forte, Jr. and Anna L. (Knight) Forte of Malden. Adam was raised and educated in Malden and was a graduate of Malden High school. He worked as an apprentice electrician for the past few years. Adam was a life-long resident of Malden. Adam is survived by his parents, Charles F. Forte, Jr. and Anna L. Forte of Malden and his brother, Eric M. Forte of Tewksbury as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held privately.
