Scott  Michael Ventola

 

Scott  Michael Ventola, 44, of Princeton, MA, formerly of Malden, MA  passed away suddenly at the at the U-Mass Medical Center in Worcester, on Sunday, Nov. 14th. Scott was born and raised in Malden.  He graduated from Malden High with the class of 1984.  After high school he began working for the Archdiocese of Boston in their insurance department.   He left to open his own country store in Stowe, MA, called Dragonfly Farm.  Scott ran the country store for many years, before leaving to become a partner in the Hair Divine Salon in Hudson, MA.  Scott has lived in Princeton for the past 8 years.

Scott loved gardening, as well as arranging flowers.  He was very artistic, and was skilled in painting and crafts.  He also loved music, and was always creating  different compilations of songs for parties or events

He is survived by his mother,  Barbara A. Ventola of Malden, MA, his sisters, Barbara A. Ventola of Malden, and Teresa Ventola and  Daniel Martin of Malden, his Long time friend and partner, Steve Bourassa of Princeton, his aunt Carol Dunbar of Everett, and his nieces, Miranda Ventola and Lyndsey Martin, and his nephew, Nicholas Martin.   

He was preceded in death by his father,  Michael J.  Ventola

Funeral services will be held from the Weir MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, on Thus, Nov 18th, at 9AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden, at 10AM. Interment will be private.

Visitation will be at held at the  Weir - MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, on Wednesday, Nov. 17th,  from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
