Muriel Butt, 79, died Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Sunbridge Care & Rehab Colonial Heights, Lawrence, MA. Miss Butt lived in Lawrence, MA for twenty-five years and was previously from Malden.

She is survived by her brother Eben C. Butt of Malden, her sister Emma " Blanche" Travis of Chester, NH, her nieces, Linda Travis of NH, Sandra Perry of Medford, and Donna Zinetti of Malden.

She was preceded in death by her father Gilbert Butt, and her mother Mary Sommers.

She was born August 20, 1924 in Chelsea, Massachusetts the daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary (Sommers) Butt.

A graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. in the Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
