Evelyn Muriel Fay
Evelyn Muriel Fay, 80, a supervisor of claims for Travelers Ins Co, where she worked for over 30 years, died Thursday, October 13, 2005 at her home in Malden. Evelyn was born and raised in Everett, graduating from Everett High School with the class of 1943. Right out of high school, she went to work for Traveler's Insurance Company in Boston. She retired from the company as a Claims Supervisor in the late 1970's. Evelyn was a great lover of animals, and had worked with several animal care groups, most notably the MSPCA. She had also dedicated herself to the raising of her two nephews, Larry and Stanley. She is survived by her nephews, Lawrence M. Fay of Florida, and Stanley J. Fay of Malden. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward J, and Vivian (Beals) Fay, and her brothers, Edward J. and Mortimer Fay. Donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to your local M.S.P.C.A.
