Justin Anthony Ferri

Justin Anthony Ferri, 18, an auto mechanic for P & P Auto Repair, where he worked for  years, died suddenly Sunday, October 7, 2001.  Justin was a life long resident of Malden.

Justin was born in Melrose, MA and educated in the Malden School system. He graduated with the Malden High School Class of 2001.  He worked for many years with his father at the P & P Auto Repair in Malden. He loved auto repair work, football and baseball. He played for the  Malden Pop Warner Cyclones and later with the Malden High School Team he also loved baseball and played for the Malden Babe Ruth League. He was an avid camper and motorcyclist. 

He is survived by his mother Donna E. (Gray) Ferri, his father Pietro "Peter" G. Ferri both of Malden, his sister  Andrea G.  Ferri of Malden, his grandmother Gorizia Ferri of Malden and many aunts, uncles and  cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Alfonso Ferri, his grandfather Richard O. Gray, and his grandmother Ellen S. (Morrison)  Gray.

He was born November 14, 1982 in Melrose, MA  the son of Pietro G. and Donna E. (Gray) Ferri.    

Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St. Malden, on Thursday from 4-8 PM only.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions in Justin's memory maybe made to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, 85 Lowell St., Peabody, MA  01960.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 12, 2001 at 10:00 A.M. in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main St. Malden. The   Rev. Daniel J. Hickey, Pastor of Sacred Heart Church will be the celebrant.  Burial will be in the Forest Dale Cemetery in Malden.
