Nancy J. "Jeanie" Girardi
Nancy J.
"Jeanie" (Prevost) Girardi, 64,
died Friday evening, November 8,
2002 at her home in Malden, MA. Jeanie was born in
Somerville and raised in Cambridge
and educated
in the Cambridge School system. She was a retired quality control worker
for the Arrow International Medical
Supply, in Woburn where she worked
for four years. Nancy met and
married her husband Ralph L.
Girardi and they were married on April 8, 1983. Nancy
and Ralph resided in Malden
with their families for the last twenty years.
Jeanie was a member of the Somerville Social Club and was an avid dart
player. Mrs. Girardi had lived in Malden, MA for last
20 years and was previously
from Cambridge. She is survived by her husband Ralph L. Girardi
of Malden. Her son Kevin F.
Keane and her daughter
Kelly A. Keane both of Malden and her stepsons
Ralph L. Girardi
Jr. of NH,
Ronald Girardi of NC and
Richard Girardi of Everett.
She was the sister of
Diane Coutino of NH, Wayne and John Prevost both
of Cambridge. Step-daughter of Salvatore
Magliozzi of Cambridge. Also survived by eight
grandchildren She was preceded in death by her mother Hazel (Malenson) Magliozzi, and her brother Leeland
Prevost both formerly of Cambridge. She was born October 15, 1938 in Somerville, MA. Memorial wake
will be held at the Weir -MacCuish
Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem
St., Malden, on Thursday, from 4-8 PM,
with prayers at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions in Jeanie's memory be made to the Hospice of the North Shore, 10 Elm St. Danvers, MA 01923.
