E. Priscilla Graves

 E. Priscilla (Glazier) Graves  a lifelong resident of  Malden, died on  Monday, July 1st at the Dexter House Nursing Home, in Malden.  She was born September 15, 1912  in Malden, MA and was the daughter of the late Willard E. & E. Maude (Smith) Glazier.

Mrs. Graves is survived by her husband of 70 years,  Sheldon W. Graves, four children, Eleanor M. Lyons and her husband Walter of Malden, Betty G. Bender and her husband Joseph of Melrose, Phyllis A. Snow of Malden and Lee S. Graves and his wife Margaret  of Rumney, NH. She was the cherished grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of   Everett Glazier of OH and Russell Glazier of AR and the late Ruth Baker formerly of  PA and Dorothy Wiggin formerly of Malden. She is also survived by  three sisters-in-law, Grace Abel of Andover and Barbara Graves of Stoneham, Augusta Graves of Hamilton and by a brother-in-law Robert Tyler of Stoneham  and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Evelyn Page of Lynnfield.

For seventy seven  years Mrs. Graves was an active member of the Maplewood Baptist Church serving in the Senior Choir, Women's Christian Fellowship and various bible study groups.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Mrs. Graves memory may be made to the Living Memorial Fund, Maplewood Baptist Church, 729 Salem St.,  Malden, MA 02148.

Friends  may call at the Weir-Mac Cuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Friday, July 5th.  from 2-4 & 7-9. 

Funeral service will be held at the Maplewood Baptist Church, 729 Salem St., Malden, on Sat., July 6th. at 10AM with the Rev. Martha  Dominy officiating. Interment will follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
