Osunna "Rosa" Lee Hajinlian, 80, died Thursday,
March 21, 2002 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, MA.
Rosa was born in Boston and raised in Chelsea. After graduating from
Chelsea high school she continued her education and received her BA at Salem
State College and continued her education at Boston University and received her
Masters and her CAGS. Ms. Hajinlian
was a retired business teacher working in Ipswich
& Bridgewater school systems in her early years and for the Dedham
High School for 30 years. Rosa retired in 1977.
She had resided in Winthrop for 40 years, and later moved to Malden and
for the last 3 years was living in Medford. She is survived by her sister, Mary DeVito of Malden and
her brother John Hajinlian of Revere. She was born June 3, 1921 in Boston, MA the daughter of
late Avdis and Haiganoush "Agnes"
(Kekenekian) Hajinlian. Interment will be held on Monday, March 25, 2002 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Fr. Mampre Kouzouian & Fr. Vasken Kouzouian of the Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, Cambridge will be offering prayer.
