Marie Teresa Havey Marie Teresa (Riley) Havey, 74, died Thursday, September 19, 2002 at the Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA after a brief illness. Marie was born and educated in Boston and a graduate of Rosary Academy in Watertown, MA. When she completed school she married and moved to Everett with her family where she resided for over forty years until moving to Malden 12 years ago. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen M. Rice of Melrose, her son, John W. Havey, III of East Weymouth, her sister, Jeanne Stearns of CA, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Havey, Jr. of Everett. She was born January 22, 1928 in Boston, MA the daughter of the late Richard and Helen (Collins) Riley. Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Monday from 9-11 AM Contributions in Marie’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association , 20 Speen Street, Framingham MA 01701 Funeral services will be held Monday, September 23, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Boston.
