Malden News and remain on our website Frederick Lincoln Hutchinson Frederick L. “Hutch” Hutchinson died Friday, January 12, 2007 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, he was 72. Born on February 12, 1934 in Somerville, he was the son of the late Walter S. and Mary F. (Woods) Hutchinson. Hutch was raised and educated in Somerville. After school, he went to work for the Hood Co. as a driver. Hutch worked there many years until he began working for Prudential. He worked as an insurance salesman for many years until he retired. After his retirement, Hutch purchased property in Everett. He opened the B & J Lounge which he operated for many years. Hutch had been a long-time resident of Malden as well as Everett. He is survived by his former wife Virginia G. (Newman) O'Connor of Malden, his sons, Dana J. Hutchinson of Center Ossipee, NH and Mark F. Hutchinson of Reading, his daughter, Cheryl A. Hutchinson, and his sister, Helen Murphy of Lynchburg, VA. A funeral service will be held in the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St. Malden on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 10 AM. Fr. Vincent Gianni will be the celebrant. Burial will immediately follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 from 4 to 8 PM. This will run in Tues. Boston Herald and Malden News Hutchinson, Frederick L. “Hutch” of Malden. Jan. 12th.
