Frederick Francis Juliano

Frederick Francis Juliano, 75, a printer for NE Envelope in Boston, and Royal Printing in Maplewood Square, where he worked for years, died Wednesday, January 10, 2001 at Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett, Massachusetts.He was born May 05, 1925 in Charlestown, Massachusetts the son of Michael and Mary (Kratz) Juliano Fred was raised and educated in Charlestown. Shortly after high school, he was drafted into the Marines, where he fought in the Korean Conflict. He returned to Charlestown to be with his wife Kathleen. 

In 1965, Fred moved to Malden, where he became a very active member of the community. He has been a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Chapter 1505, where he had reached the level of Pilgrim, and was the current Governor. He was also the Past President and Secretary for the Organization of Clubs. He was also a member of the Irish American, The VFW Post 639, The Italian American Citizens Club, and the American Legion. Fred was also on the Board of Directors for the Malden Housing Authority. He also volunteered for many years at the Malden Hospital.

He is survived by Daughters Kathleen T Juliano of E. Boston, Jean M. Hill of Chelsea, Donna M. Duncan of Everett, Debbie A. Scolaro of Malden, Laura J. Clough of Malden, and Gail E. Dorazio of Malden, Charles Roche of Hyde Park.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen, his father Michael Juliano, and his mother Mary Kratz.

He served in the Marines during Korean Conflict having attained the rank of CPL. enlisted on January 16, 1948 at Boston, MA discharged on January 26, 1952 at San Deigo, CA

Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home on Friday from 4-9 PM

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2001 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph's Church. Rev. John A. Daley, Pastor of St. Joseph's Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
