Anna A. Koestring
Anna Alice(White) Koestring, 100, a retired assembly worker for Transitron, died Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Harborside Healthcare Center of Wakefield. Anna was born and raised in Tewksbury. After graduating from high school, she settled in Malden where she lived for over 80 years. She worked for 10 years at Transitron in Wakefield. She was also very active in the 120 Club at her residence in Malden. Anna is survived by her daughter-in-Law, Theresa Koestring of NY her very dear friends, Suzanne and Michael Camberlain of Saugus. Her grandchildren, Paula, Terry(and husband Ralph), Lisa, Janice, Deanna, Nancy, and William And several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William Koestring, and her sons, Ernest and William Koestring. Visitation will be held at the Weir MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, on Wednesday, July 18th, from 4-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 10:00 AM, at the funeral home. Rev. Ruth R. Oduor of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church will be officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. Contributions in Anna’s memory may be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham MA 01701 9376
