David Lowell LeCain
David L. LeCain, 66,
died suddenly Monday morning, July 5, 2004 at the Dexter
House Nursing Home in
Malden, MA. David was born in Medford, MA
and educated in Malden.
He was a
member of the Park St. Church in Boston for many years and
was employed as a cook for Filene's Department Store Restaurant in Boston and
later worked for Tia's, Hayes
and Bickfords Restaurants in Boston. He was employed in the
industry for forty-two years and retired in 1993.
He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, Member of
USS Constitution Museum,
and was a Civil War enthusiast and stamp collector.
Mr. LeCain lived in Malden for most of his and was a former
resident of 14 Elliot St., Malden.
He is survived by his sister, Muriel E. "Betty" Lockhart of Malden, his
brother-in-law Harry S. Lockhart of Malden, and two nieces and one
nephews and three
great nieces and three great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Lowell LeCain, and
his mother Margaret LeCain.
He was born September 5, 1937 in Medford, MA
the son of the late Lowell and Margaret (Shaw) LeCain.
Visitation will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Funeral Home,
144 Salem St., Malden on Wednesday from 4-8
PM.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 8th.
in the Weir Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden
at 11 AM, with the
Rev. Robert Mackie of the Mystic Side Congregational Church, Everett officiating.
Cremation will follow in the Woodlawn Crematory,
Everett.
