George A. Leidinger, Jr
George Alfred Leidinger, Jr died Sunday, November 27, 2005 at his home in Lynn,
he was 65. Born in Malden on June 24, 1940, he was the son of the late George
A. and Laurita (Anderson) Leidinger. George was raised in Malden and graduated
from Malden High School with the Class of 1957. He worked for many years as a
construction worker with the Everett Aluminum Co. until his retirement in the
late 1990’s. George enjoyed playing cards and watching football. He also loved
to make model ships, cars, and other things but what he really loved was his
family and job. George lived in Lynn for over twenty years and was formerly
from Malden.
He is
survived by his children, Cynthia and her husband, Luis Martinez of Lynn,
Theresa, and her husband John Brant of Crestview, FL, George A. and his wife Luz
Aida Leidinger, III of Lynn, and his daughter-in-law, Darlene Keating of
Florida. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
as well as eight nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by
his son Edward Keating and his sister Carole A. Finn.
Visitation will be held at the
Weir~MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home 144 Salem Street Malden on Wednesday,
November 30, 2005 from 5 to 9 PM.
Funeral services will be held
at a later date. Cremation will take in Woodlawn Crematory, Everett.
