Clyde S Leman
Clyde S Leman, 92,
a retired manager, died Tuesday,
June 5, 2001 at the Bear Hill Nursing Center in Stoneham, MA. Clyde was born in
Boston and educated in Everett schools. When he graduated from Everett High
School he went to work for the Boston Five Cents Savings Bank where he was
employed for over forty years and when he retired in 1974 he was the Manager of
Customer Service. He was a faithful member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of
Malden for over fifty years where he served as an usher for many years. He has
resided in Malden for fifty seven years having moved here from Everett in 1944.
He is survived by his sons; Robert C. Leman of Malden and Kent S. Leman of Dedham five
grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Edna (Roe), his
brothers Arthur Leman of Melrose, Cecil Leman of NY, Harry Leman of Everett
his sisters Gladys Leman, of Everett Madge Mac Lean of Everett,
and Stella Wilson of Everett.
He was born May 25, 1909 in Boston, Massachusetts the son
of the late George and Anna (Croft) Leman.
Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144
Salem St., Malden on Thursday, June
7th from 4-8 PM.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 8, 2001 at 11:00
A.M. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 26
Washington St. Malden with the Rev. J.C. Woods Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal
Church officiating. Burial will be
in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park
in Peabody.
