Ella S. Lake Ella S. (Ireland) Lake, Long time Malden resident, on Nov 6th at the Blair House Nursing Center in Tewksbury, passed away at the age of 83 after a brief illness. She was born in Ludlow MA on June 23rd, 1920, daughter of the late David S. and Annie R, (Black) Ireland. Later moving ot Lynn, where she was educated and resided
until marrying lifelong Malden resident Donald E. Lake, on March 5th, 1949.
Mrs Lake was retired from Mystic
Valley Elder Services, and had been
past employed by Cains Potato
Chips, and Spirit INC. She was the loving mother of Pearl Price and husband paul
of Tewksury, Wilfred Lake and wife Theresa
also of Tewksbury, Ronald Lake and Wife Joanne of Wakefield, Priscilla
Carpenter and Husband Wayne of Wilmington, Bernice Kelley and Husband Scott of
Malden. She also leaves behind 12
grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lake was the sister of the late Lillian Klinos. Funeral Services will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden
Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, on Monday, Nov 10th, at 10:00 AM.
Interment to follow in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7 - 9
