Frances
Theresa Mc Donald Frances Theresa (Carroll) Mc Donald, 75, died Friday, December 3, 2004 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, MA. Frances was born and educated in Boston schools. She settled in Malden after her marriage to Robert J. Mc Donald, Sr. thirty eight years ago. She was employed by the Malden School Department as a cafeteria worker at Malden High School for over twelve years and was a member of Sacred Hearts Parish in Malden and was an avid member of Marriage Encounters Group through the Catholic Church. She also enjoyed roller skating and bowling. Mrs. Mc Donald lived in Malden, MA for the past thirty eight years and was previously from Boston. She is survived by her husband Robert J. Mc Donald, Sr. of Malden, her daughter Maureen E. Dalton of Malden, her daughter, Nancy A. Pierce of Everett, her daughter, Roberta J., and her husband, Joseph Di Girolamo of Malden, her son, Robert J. Jr. and his wife Patricia McDonald, of Haverhill, her daughter Joanne M. and her husband Chau Tran of Malden her sister, Cindy Casaletto of Everett, and thirteen grandchildren seven great grandchildren. She was born February 27, 1929 in Boston, Massachusetts the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Walsh) Carroll. Visitation will be held at the Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street Malden on Monday from 5-9 PM Contributions in Frances’s memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 Funeral from the Weir –Mac Cuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Tues Dec. 7th at 8:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main St., Malden at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow in Puritan Lawn.
