Mildred Janet Perin
Mildred Jeannette Perin,
72, a retired upholstery stitcher from Lowell, MA
died Tuesday, May 22, 2001 at Saints Memorial Medical Center in Lowell.
Mrs. Perin had lived in
Lowell, MA for 30
years and was previously from Medford
. Mrs. Perin was born and educated in Medford, later moving to Lowell. She
retired from the furniture upholstery industry in 1990. Mrs. Perin's favorite
pastime was crocheting. She was fondly called
"Memere" by her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Gerald "Jerry" Walker
of Malden, her daughter Linda D. Gonyea of
Lowell, her son Elwood
"Tenney" Perin of Tewksbury,
her son George D. Perin
of Florida, and her brother
Walter Rocheville of Medford. Also
survived by 14 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband George D. Perin,
and her father Theodore Rocheville, and her mother Eva M. Bernard.
She was born June 5, 1928 in Medford, MA
the daughter of the late Theodore
and Eva (Bernard) Rocheville.
At the request of Mrs.
Perin cremation will take
place on Friday. Visiting hours have been omitted.
