Alba Perrone

Alba  (Pinciaro) Perrone,  80, died suddenly, Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, MA.  Alba was born and educated in Revere and after completing school she became a stitcher for the Murray Shoe Company of Cambridge for several years. When she married she and her husband resided in Everett and Revere before settling in Malden over fifty years ago.  She was a member of Sacred Hearts Parish in Malden.

She is survived by her husband Joseph D. Perrone of Malden, her sons; Guy Perrone of New Mexico, and Joseph Perrone, Jr. of Malden,  her daughter, Loretta Rogodzzinski of Malden , her brother, Fusibo Pinciaro of Stoneham,  her sisters;  Ida Conti of Malden and Viola Santella of Malden and four grandchildren..

She was preceded in death by her sisters; Efisia Venti, and Olimpia Perrone both formerly of Malden .

She was born April 22, 1924 in Revere, MA. the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Perrotta) Pinciaro.     

Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street Malden on Thursday September 23rd from 4-8 PM

Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, September 24, 2004 at  9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in  Sacred Hearts Church. at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Daniel J. Hickey, Pastor  of Sacred Hearts Church officiating.  Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in 175 Broadway.
