Cheryl Rene
Potochniak Cheryl Rene (Brown) Potochniak, 34, died suddenly, by accident, Saturday, July 31, 2004 on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine when the jet ski that she was a passenger on was struck by a boat. Cheryl was born and educated in Framingham graduating high school with the Class of 1988.When she completed high school she married and moved to Whitinsville, Ma where she resided until moving to North Conway, NH four years ago. Mrs. Potochniak lived in North Conway, New Hampshire for the past four years and was previously from Whitinsville and Framingham. . She is survived by her husband Patrick O. Potochniak of North Conway, NH, her son, Jacob Potochniak of North Conway, her mother, Rosemary Brown of Framingham, her father Frederic and step-mother Shelia Brown of FL,, and her sister, Gail E. Bellefontaine of Malden. She was born March 15, 1970 in Framingham, Massachusetts the daughter of Frederic and Rosemary (Johnson) Brown. Visitation will be held at the Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, MA on Thursday from 5-9 PM Contributions in Cheryl’s memory may be made to the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, 615 Concord St. Framingham, MA 01702 Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, August 6, 2004 at 8:45 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Joseph R. Foster, Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Church officiating. Cremation will follow in the Woodlawn Crematory in Everett.
