Martha
Georgia Reynolds
Martha G. (Case) Reynolds of Malden, died suddenly on Saturday,
April 26, 2008 at the Quincy Hospital in Quincy, she was 52.
Born on June 18, 1955 in Portland, ME, she was the daughter of
the late Allen B. and Barbara A. (Tracey) Case. Martha was born
and raised in Portland, ME. As a child, she moved with her
family to Salem, MA and was a graduate of Salem High School.
Martha was married to Cedric I. “Buddy” Reynolds and spent 27
years in marriage together, raising their son, Derek until
Buddy’s passing in January of 2000. Martha had worked for many
years at the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Boston. She was
currently the program coordinator for issuing the license to
inspect vehicles to gas station and other service stations
through out the Commonwealth. Martha was an avid gardener; she
loved planting and raising all kinds of flowers, herbs, and
plants. However, Martha’s real passion was her family and
friends. She was completely devoted to everyone in her life.
Martha is survived by her son, Derek M. Reynolds of Malden, her
step-children, Thomas Tashjian of Abington, Catherine Blood of
Hollywood, FL, Michael Tashjian of South Boston, Judith Tashjian
of Quincy, and James Tashjian of Miami, FL, her siblings, Allena
Pond of Beverly, Allen B. Case, Jr. of Wilson, NC, and Roberta
Graffam of Maine, as well as many grandchildren and nieces and
nephews. Martha is also survived by her beloved companion,
Arthur Marsiglia of Quincy.
Visitation
will be held in the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144
Salem Street, Malden on Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 5 to 8 PM.
Funeral services will be private.
