Cynthia Ann Rogers

  

Cynthia A. (Musto) Rogers, 64, died Sunday morning, December 25, 2005 at the Whidden Memorial Hospital, Everett.  Cynthia was born in Melrose, the daughter of the late Benjamin & Theresa M. (Gioiosa) Musto. She attended St. Mary's Catholic School and Melrose High School. After completing school she married and settled in Malden and raised her son John. She worked at the former Lewis Candy Factory in Malden and later became a hairdresser in Malden for a few years. She spent her spare time working on   crossword puzzles and loved to listen to music and watch her son John play his guitar.  Mrs. Rogers had lived in Malden, for over thirty plus years.

She is survived by her son John Pasche of Malden, her grandson Derek J. Pashe of Medford and many nieces and nephews.

   She was preceded in death by her husband John Rogers, her father Benjamin Musto, her mother Theresa M. Gioiosa, her sisters Mary C. Thibert-Squires formerly of Malden,  Elaine Polino formerly of Melrose and her brothers  Richard, Donald and  Louis Musto all formerly of Melrose.

Visitation will be held at the Weir ~MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Thursday, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.

   In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Cynthia’s memory to the Jimmy Fund, of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7226.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday evening, December 29, 2005 at 7 PM in the funeral home. Cremation will follow in Woodlawn Crematory in Everett.
