Mildred Louise Sheehan Mildred Louise Sheehan,
78, a housewife and mother,
died Saturday, October 26, 2002 at Presentation Manor Nursing Home in Brighton,
Massachusetts. Mildred was born in
Malden, and educated in the Malden School systems, graduating from Malden High
School. Mildred worked for
many years as a clerk at the
Bargain Center in Quincy, retiring in 1984.
She was also an avid Red Sox fan. She is survived by her son, John F. Sheehan and his wife
Cindy of NY, her
sisters, Beverly J. Dix of Malden, Miriam L. Nolan of Malden, her brothers,
Lester A. Dix of Wakefield, and George E. Dix of Malden.
Also survived by grandchildren, Casey, Alex, and Daniel. She was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents,
Lester and Veda (Lundberg) Dix, her
sister Dorothy Dix, her brother Frank Dix, her brother Richard
C. Dix, her sister Ruth Law, and her sister Thelma E.
Laurie. Funeral services will be held Thursday. October 31th, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at Weir - Mac Cuish Funeral Home. Cremation will follow in the Woodlawn Crematory in Everett. Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home on Thursday one hour prior to service.
