Richard William Siebrecht
Richard William Siebrecht, 74, a retired real estate broker
, died Saturday, March 30, 2002 at the Mass General Hospital in Boston after a
brief illness. MA. Richard
was born in New York City, NY and came to Massachusetts as a child
with his parents where they settled in Malden where he was educated
graduating from Malden High School with the Class of "47". He
continued his education at Bryant & Stratton Business School graduating in
1952. He was employed an an executive assisant for Phillip L. Smith Co. of
Wakefield for several years before becoming a real estate broker.
He worked for the Hicks Real Estate Co. of Malden and Wakefield for over
23 years until his retirement in 1991. He was a member of the Christ United
Methodist Church of Malden where he had servered as Chairman of the Board of
Trustees, Secretery of the Board of Administration and Treasurer of the Church.
He was also a former member of the Malden Chapter Order of De Molay and the
Middlesex Board of Realtors. Mr.
Siebrecht lived in Malden, Massachusetts for over seventy years.
He is survived by his cousin Patricia A. Strobel of Naples,
FL.
He was born December 23, 1927 in New York City, NY the son
of the late William H. and Maud B.
(Clough) Siebreccht.
Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144
Salem Street, Malden on Tuesday, April 2nd from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2002
at 10:00 A.M. at the Christ United
Methodist Church, 577 Salem St. Malden with the Rev. Ruth R. Oduor Pastor of the
Christ United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Forest Dale Cemetery in Malden.
