Barbara A. Spencer Barbara A. Spencer,73, of Wilmington, formerly of Malden, died Monday, September 8, 2003 at the Lahey-Hitchcock Clinic in Burlington. Barbara was born and, raised in Malden, and had been educated in the Malden school system. She remained in the Malden area until 1960, when she moved to Wilmington, and had remained there until her recent passing. She retired from the Nature Foods health supplement company in 1992 after working for many years there. Barbara was true animal lover, and enjoyed her cats and birds, as well as contributing to her local humane society. She is survived by her daughters Marilyn L. Swanson of Bradford, and Diane M. Hunt of Dracut, her 11 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents,
Chester and Isabella (Clark) Keene, her daughter Pamela M. Fortunata, and
