Eliot Heath Stacey

Eliot Heath Stacey, 72, a
former Malden resident, passed away at his home in Chelsea, Massachusetts. He
was born June 18, 1933 in Melrose, Massachusetts the son of George and Olive
(Truitt) Stacey. Eliot was raised in Malden, and graduated from Malden High
School with the Class of 1951. After high school, he continued his education at
Chandler Jr. College. From there, he enlisted in the US army to help fight in
Korea.
He was discharged from the
Army due to a disability he incurred. He remained in the Boston area, living in
Malden, Everett, and Chelsea. Eliot enjoyed watching baseball, and was a
diehard Red Sox fan. He also was a member of the
Good Shepherd
United Methodist Church in Malden.
He is survived by his sister,
Aldine McGee-Rogers of Halifax, MA, as well as many nieces, nephews,
grandnieces and nephews, and on Great-grand niece.
Visitation will be held at
Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, on Tuesday, May 16th,
from 5-8 PM

Funeral services will be held
Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home. Rev. Ruth
R. Oduor of the
Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. will be officiating. Burial
will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn.
