Judith Ann Scotti

Judith Ann Scotti, 60, died  suddenly, Wednesday, October 17, 2001 at  the New England Medical Center in Boston, MA The cause of her death was a hemorrhagic stroke. Judy was born in Boston and educated in Malden and Everett schools and graduated from the Merrimack High School in Reeds Ferry, NH. She continued her education at the Saunders Electronics in Boston and then went to work for General Communications of Boston as an electronics technician, where she met her husband "Tony". She and her husband then formed The Scotti School of Defensive Driving of Somerville and Medford. She managed anti-terrorist training for over seven hundred corporations in thirty countries and five continents. She also organized students from seventy -four countries attending her training programs and received Meritorious Awards from countries from South America to the Middle East. She was the backbone of the company and was well loved and held in high esteem by the staff for her unconditional caring nature and devotion to all she came into contact with.  Mrs. Scotti lived in Medford, MA for the past 18 years and was previously from Somerville and Malden.

 She is survived by her husband Anthony J.”Tony” Scotti of Medford, MA, his daughter, ToniAnn Scotti-Snow of N.Y, her mother in-law, Louise Scotti of Medford, her sister,  Althea L. Santolucito of Malden, and her brother, H. Brooks Goss of NY. 

She was born March 22, 1941 in Boston, Massachusetts the daughter of the late Leslie and Agnes (Mullay) Goss.     

Visitation will be held at Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem St. Malden on Saturday from 7-9 PM & Sun 2-4 & 7-9 PM

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, October 22, 2001 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine of Genoa., 179 Summer St., Somerville with the Rev. Brian F. Manning , Pastor of St. Catherine of Genoa officiating.  Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
