Virginia Mary Yaghjian

 

Virginia Mary Yaghjian,  95, of  Malden, formerly of Medford,  died Wednesday, March 28, 2001 after a long illness at Dexter Nursing Home in Malden.   

Health issues though out her life kept her from a continuous occupation.  She did work at different times, as a salesperson for Grover Cronin in Waltham, at Radio Shack on Comm. Ave in Boston, and also at Wilburs Restaraunt at Boston University where she was the head cashier and Bookkeeper.  She maintained an  love of flowers though gardening at her home and an occasional job in the Green House of Garden Centers.  She was also a past member of the Horticultural Society in Boston. 

She is survived byhe sister in law, Martha Yaghjian of Medford, wife of her brother, the late George M. Yaghjian.

Donations in Virginia's memory may be made to the Memorial Fund of the First Baptist Church , 493 Main Street, Malden MA 02148 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 4th at 11:oo AM, with   Rev. David Kilpatrick officiating.  Friends are invited to come to the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in the Forest Dale Cemetery in Malden.
