Camille Chamblin
Camille Chamblin, of Everett, died Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, he was 80. Born on September 13, 1928 in Haiti, he was the son of the late Ferdinand Dufanal and Camelida Chamblin. Camille worked for many years as a maintenance technician for various Boston area hospitals including Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess. Mr. Chamblin was a long time resident of Everett. He is survived by his wife, Jeanine Chamblin, and his children, Fernandel Berard of Everett, Yolette Chamblin of Waltham, Nadine Chamblin of Cambridge, Estelle Chamblin of Brighton, Carine Chamblin of Malden, Robert Chamblin of Connecticut, Evans Chamblin of Medford, and John Chamblin of New Hampshire. Visitation will be held in the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden on Friday, February 13, 2009 from 5 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial for Camille will be held in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 10 AM.
