Dorothy Elva Blaisdell
Dorothy E. Blaisdell, died Monday evening, December 15, 2008 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a short illness, she was 76. Born on September 9, 1932 the daughter of the late Clarence L. & Caroline K. (Doebeli) Blaisdell. Dorothy was born in Tewksbury and had been a life long resident of Malden. Dorothy was a loving mother and a cherished grandmother and great grandmother. She was devoted to her family and loved caring for her grandchildren and great-grandson. She is survived by her son Frank A. Cavaretta of Malden, her daughter’s Theresa M. Jean & Linda A. Ciotti both of Malden, Carolyn Irby of Wenham. Grandmother of George Meady II, Lori Meady, Cari Ciotti, Paul Ciotti, and Zachary Grey, and her great-grandson, Corey Meady. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday December 18, 2008 from 4-8 PM, followed by a funeral service at 8 PM in the Weir-Mac Cuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden. Cremation will follow in the Woodlawn Crematory in Everett.
