Estelle S. Hebb

      March 31, 1923- December 30, 2018


   Estelle S. (Martin) Hebb of Canton, CT, formerly of Malden, MA passed away December 30, 2018 in the Cherry Brook Health Care Center, Canton, CT, she was 95 years old. Estelle was one of two daughters’ born to Charles & Jessie (MacInnis) Martin.

   Originally from Malden, Mrs. Hebb was a graduate of Malden High School Class of 1940. Estelle would later meet and marry the love of her life Norman S. Hebb in 1946. In her early years, Estelle was involved with the USO, VFW Auxiliary Corp. and the Linden Jr. Women’s Club. Until she retired, Mrs. Hebb was employed as an Administrative Assistant to the late W. Murray Kenney, Rector of Christ Church, Cambridge and served in that capacity for several other denominations.

   Estelle is survived by her son Randolph (Randy) E. Hebb of New Hartford, CT and Wendy D. Conrad and her husband Thomas of Malden. Estelle was the cherished grandmother of Todd Newman and his wife Kelly of Malden and Rachael Hebb of Baltimore, MD & Emily Hebb of Charlotte, NC. Loving great-grandmother of Theodore & Evangeline Newman. Loving aunt of Brian & Nancy O’Hearn.

   She was predeceased by her husband, Norman S. Hebb who passed in August of 2009 and her late sister Natalie L. O’Hearn formerly of Malden.

   Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Service for Estelle, in the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Saturday morning, August 10, 2019 with a visiting hour from 9-10 AM prior to the service at 10 AM.

Interment to follow in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.

   In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the Angell Memorial Hospital, 350 S. Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130
