Dennis Joseph Ricci

Dennis Joseph Ricci, 46, of Hooksett, NH, formerly of Malden,  died Thursday, June 9, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in 1964 in Malden, Massachusetts the son of Joseph and Patricia (Collins) Ricci.   After graduating from Malden High School,  he learned sheet metal constructing  and became skilled in the HVAC trade.  In 1991, he and his partner formed their own company, Preferred Air Inc.      He was proud of being a “Tin Knocker” and with the help of his strong work ethic, the company grew over the years.  In 2005, he married his sweetheart, Tina M. Sabino, bringing their families together.  They settled down together in Hooksett, NH.

Dennis was also an accomplished guitar player.  He played with the bands “The Blues Birds” and the “The Bank Robbers”.  He enjoyed gatherings and would often host bbq’s and parties at his house.  He was the glue that kept everyone together.  Every fourth of July at his home,  he would set off enough fireworks for the whole neighborhood  to enjoy.  He loved and valued the time he spent with his family, friends, and of coarse his “girls”, the two bloodhounds Ellie and Daisy.

He is survived by his wife Tina M.Ricci, his parents , Joseph and Patricia (Collins) Ricci of Hooksett, NH, his children,  Maria J.  Ricci  of Allenstown, NH, Joseph S. Ricci of Hooksett, NH, Kenneth P. Harlow of Danvers, MA, and  Shauna L. Green of Hooksett, NH, his grandmother, Carmella (Cipriano), his grandson, Dylan J. Manchon, his brothers, Joseph M. Ricci of Pembroke, NH, and Christopher J. Ricci  of Pembroke, NH, as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
