Dawn E. She was the loving mother of Glenn, Priscilla, Elaine, Ken and Audrey as well as a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. During her free time Dawn enjoyed sewing, painting, arts and crafts, and she also faithfully watched Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy every night.   Dawn loved to read cookbooks, try new recipes, especially baking cookies with and for her grandchildren at Christmas time. Dawn was employed at the Stuart’s Department Store in Malden for 15 years, and at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital for 14 years, before retiring in 1999.

Dawn is survived by her children Audrey Trickett and Chris of Auburn, NH, Elaine Fitzpatrick and James of Marshfield, Ken Johnson of Florida, and Priscilla Cruikshank of Malden. Dawn is also survived by her siblings June Reynolds of Beverly and Jane Rocca of Connecticut, 16 grandchildren:  Leah, Ben and Jessica Trickett, Anne and Erin Fitzpatrick, Jeremy, Justin, Jared and Nadya Johnson, Colin, Trevor, John and Kimberly Cruikshank, Andrew, Robert Johnson and Kristen Flanagan, and 6 great-grandchildren as well as many other family members and friends, especially her best friend Breda Ryan of Melrose. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Johnson Jr., her son Glenn Johnson and his wife Marsha, her son-in-law John Cruikshank, and her siblings John Hibbard and Richard Hibbard.
