Demming F. Rocker III

Demming Franklin Rocker,III,  was born February 26,1973 to Demming Franklin Rocker, Jr. (deceased) and Christina M. Haskins in the middle of a snow storm.

His grandfather, Franck C. Rogers, (deceased) drove the Malden 5050 cab up the hill to Malden Hospital. The cab driver was in a panic! What a beginning! The beginning of a magical, joyful life of a young man full of promise with a contagious laugh and sense of humor. Always the life of the party, and never met a stranger.

He always wanted to be an entrepreneur, like his Mom and Dad. A big dreamer, with great ideas. His greatest accomplishment was being a father to his two children, Nikolas and Nia and stepfather to David Schoville.

In recent months, Demmy had been certified as a Blackjack Dealer for the Ocean Gaming Casino. What a superstar! The staff and clients loved him!

To the members of the "Little Club", Little Dem, Mark,  Little Ronnie, Little Ray, Little Richard, The Kama Kazi Twins and Damon, cousins but really brothers, we love you like he did.

Demmy is survived by is mother, Christina M. Haskins of Atlanta, his sister, Shelley E. Rocker-Flowers of Brockton, his children, Nikolas & Nia of Malden and his loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins of the Rocker, Haskins, Rogers, families of Malden, Lynn, Saugus, Boston, Roxbury, Austin, TX, California, Canada and North Carolia and countless friends who loved him.

Visitation will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden on Saturday, September 9th, from 5 - 9 PM.  

Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, September 10th, from 11- 1 PM.
