Obituary
Donald S. Middleton, of Somerville passed away Wednesday March 15th . Donald was born in Melrose on
July 8 th 1956 the son of Robert and Marilyn (Tyrrel) Middleton. Donald grew up in Malden and was raised
by his mother and stepfather, Paul (Buster) Dolan. He lived in Malden, Attleboro, Boston, Medford and
Somerville at the end of his life. He was a taxi driver and journeyman doing various jobs and trades. In
his free time he enjoyed bowling and was a member of a candlepin bowling league for many years. Later
in life Donald enjoyed going to the Somerville/Cambridge Senior Center, playing games on his computer
such as Yahtzee and card games like solitaire and blackjack. Donald also loved to spend time with his
family and friends.
Donald is survived by his brothers, Robert J. Middleton and wife Loretta, Gary Middleton and wife
Pamela, nieces Tina Middleton, Amanda Iocco, Elizabeth Middleton, Christine Middleton and nephew
Robert A. Middleton, as well as many other family members and friends, all of which will miss him
dearly.
Donald was predeceased by his parents Robert and Marilyn Middleton and his brother John Dolan.
Calling hours and service for Donald will be held at Weir Funeral Home, 144 Salem Street, Malden, MA,
on April 15 from 2 PM to 5PM.
