Esperanza "Barbara" Charles

Esperanza “Barbara” Charles, passed away on November 6th 2022. Esperanza was born in Trinidad. She was the loving mother of Garnet, Michael Jr and Gabriella Charles, and the grandmother of Christina Charles and beloved wife of Michael Charles. During her free time Esperanza enjoyed spending time with her family and was well-known in the community as a Roti chef running her very own successful shop. She also enjoyed music and crossword puzzles.  

Esperanza is survived by her husband Michael Charles, her children Garnet Charles, Michael Charles Jr and Gabriella Charles, her granddaughter Christina Charles and her sister Bertita Singh as well as many other family members and friends all of whom will miss her dearly.

Visitation for Esperanza will be held at the Weir Funeral Home 144 Salem Street Malden on Saturday at 3pm followed by a service at 5 pm.
