Grace (Savini) DeInnocentis
Grace Concetta (Damiano) (Savini) DeInnocentis, passed away in her Malden home on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, she was 85. Born on November 19, 1926 in Everett, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Elsie (Constantino) Damiano. Grace was raised and educated in Everett. Eventually, she moved to Boston's North End where she resided for many years. She was very involved in the community. Grace worked for many years at the now closed M & M Cleaners in the North End as a front-end sales associate. Always greeting people with a smile, Grace had a warm and friendly way about her that everyone who interacted with her simply loved. She was also very involved with the Ladies Auxiliary in the Sacred Hearts Parish in Boston. After her retirement in 1987, Grace moved to Malden where she made her new home. One of Grace's hobbies she thoroughly enjoyed was traveling; especially to parts of Europe, including Italy. Her true passion, though, was always spending time with her family.
Grace is survived by her daughters; Sandra Robson of Revere and Stephanie Savini of Malden, her grandchildren; Joanna Savini and Joseph Savini, Jr., both of Carver, and her great-grandson; Jonathan Carpenter of Carver.
Grace was preceded in death by her first husband; Gaetano "Guy" Savini, her second husband; Angelo DeInnocentis, her son; Joseph Savini, Sr. and her sister; Lorraine D'Angelo.
