Jenie Geneus

Jenie Geneus, a long time resident of Malden, passed away on Thursday, July 17th, having just turned 95.  Jenie was born in Port O Prince, Haiti in 1930,  Throughout her life she worked in retail sales.  In 2008, she immigrated to the United States, and settled down in Malden. She was very religious, and enjoyed a quiet home life, gardening and watching t.v.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Debbie Theodat of Malden, and Pascal Geneus of Malden.

Jenie was preceded in death by her daughter Marie.

Funeral services will be held in the Weir-MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden, on Friday, August 1st, at 10 AM.  Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
