Karen M Adams

Karen M. Adams, a retired manager for Boston Gas, passed away on Tuesday, October 24th, at the age of 68.  Karen was born in 1955, the daughter of Robert and Florence Adams. She was raised in Roxbury,  and graduated from St. Patrick’s High School with the Class of 1973.   Karen took employment with Boston Gas, and over her 30 year career, she had moved up to becoming a Manager.   She retired several years ago due to a disability.  After living in Malden for many years, she had relocated to Everett just a few years ago.  Karen enjoyed reading and puzzles, and loved to collect anything lion related.

She is survived by her siblings, Ruth A. Adams of Malden, Robert F. Adams of E. Boston, and Gloria J. Strand of Duxbury, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Karen will be held on Tuesday, October 31st, in the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden at 10 AM.
