Marie A Valsaint

Marie Antoinette Valsaint of Malden passed away May 19th, 2026. She was the daughter of Antoine and Marguerite Valsaint and was born and raised in Bainet, Haiti. She eventually immigrated to the United States making a life for herself in Massachusetts.  She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. During her free time she loved reading the bible and learned the teachings of our lord, she also loved to cook for her family and friends.  

Marie is survived by her children Jean Florent Fevilien of Malden, Marie Christa Fevilien of Port-Au-Prince, Francette Fevilien of Medford, Pierre- Louis Fevilien of Malden and Herby Fevilien of Palm Beech,Florida. Her grandchildren Emanuela, Stanley, Rosalie, Sabrina, Chriswaddell, Misentia, Marvens, Pharlie, Diouly, Marcus, Talia, Laurie, Stacey and Mendes. Her great grandchildren Joycelyn, Jasmine, Joylinda, Ryan Jesus Altidor, and Elisabeth Altidor. She was also survived of her daughter in-law Mibonie which was very instrumental to her life. She was predeceased by her children Jean Henry Fevilien, Jean Joanel Fevilien, Marie Magalie Fevilien, and Lesly Fevilien.  

Visitation for Marie will be held Saturday May 30th at the Evangelical Haitian Church of Sommerville located at 400 High Street in Medford at 9 am with a service at the church at 10, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
