Marie J Viel

Marie Julie Viel, passed away at her home on August 10th 2023 at 3:45 am at 427 Ferry street in Everett Mass. She was the daughter of Justin Viel and Laurence Viel. She  was born in Jeremie (Sassier) Haiti on January 28th 1946. Marie grew up in Sassier commune of Jeremie and move to Port-au-Prince in late 1960. Her younger sister Olga with great love and care send for her and her children to permanently come to live here in America to be closer to the rest of the family in January of 1990. Juju was a woman devoted to her family and a hard working woman.

Julie with nickname (Juju) never been married was a loving mother, raised her children and survived  by her first born Agnes Viel, Carmel Silencieux, Marie Judith Viel nickname (Bebe), Marie Ricardie Larosiliere nickname ( Ti Bebe) and Ketty Larosiliere. And her only son who passed away early in life which she will happily rejoice and reunite with. Also survived  by her  sisters Paulette Millien, Olga Viel, Lugie Viel, Marie Sulvenique Viel and Rose Rayonne Viel her older brother Ignace Viel and her younger baby brother Jean Hercule VIEL nickname (Kikil) which she always had $20 for him as grown as he is, as well as many other family members and friends. She was a great aunt to her nieces and nephews, grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 8. She had a big heart and love everybody. Juju’s my love my heart my everything safe travel to your final destination. You will be missed. Rest in peace Eternally.

Visitation for Marie will be held on Friday August 18th at Weir-MacCuish Funeral Home, from 6:00-9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at Immaculate Conception Parish in Everett at 10am followed by entombment at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.
