Paul J Coughlin

Paul J Coughlin (84) of Malden passed away suddenly at home surrounded by family March 10th 2025. The son of Albert and Evelyn Coughlin, brother of Albert, Robert and Bernard. Former husband of Alice (Endicott).  Paul was born and raised in Malden. He was the beloved father of Kathleen (KC), Paul (his wife Jen) and Matthew (infant). He was the beloved Grampy of Matthew, Allison, Riley, Parker, Layton. And also survived by many neices and nephews. Paul was a lifelong resident of Malden, calling Maplewood home. He was a retiree from the Telephone Company.  Paul enjoyed and devoted many years to coaching the Malden Little League team and was a fixture at Trafton Park. In his free time, he enjoyed making miniature models and train sets. His true pride and joy in life was being with his family. He cherished being Dad and most especially being Grampy to his grandchildren.

Visitation for Paul will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St. Malden Sunday March 16th from 2-6 pm. A Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Parish 770 Salem Street in Malden Monday March 17th at 11 am followed by interment at Forest Dale Cemetery
