Obituary

Robin L.Ray (of Melrose) - seventeen year heart transplant recipient, passed away due to complications after a long battle with heart disease. Robin overcame many obstacles on her journey, but most of all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was the owner of her own real estate company, Wyoming Hill Real Estate. A graduate from North Shore Community College. Robin was dedicated to many charitable organizations, helping organize fundraisers when ever she could. Robin tried to give back as much as she could, being eternally grateful for her very special gift.

She is survived by her loving husband Brian Ray of Melrose - thirty six years of marriage, forty years together. They walked side by side, through good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. Her three children, Daniel Ray of Franklin NH, Matthew Ray of Melrose, Lauren Noble and her Husband James Noble of Londonderry NH, her siblings Jennifer Deschane of Saratoga NY, Brian McCarthy of Peabody, Brenda McCarthy of Melrose, and her grandchildren Thomas Ray, Nora Noble, Shelby Noble, James Noble Jr and Teddy Noble. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home 144 Salem St, Malden on Monday, July 3, at 10 AM, followed by interment in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, July 2, from 4 – 8 PM.
