Scott Blomerth Obituary

Scott C. Blomerth, owner of Blomerth Construction and the Spring Haven Village Campgound in Alton Bay, NH, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 20th, in a tragic motorcycle accident with his wife Robyn.  Scott was born in 1958, the son of Francis and Gertrude (Damon) Blomerth.  He was raised and educated in  Medford, graduating from Medford High School with the Class of 1976,   He then went into the construction field, gaining experience in different fields.  He had been a member of Laborers Union Local 22 as a Concrete Finisher and a member of Carpenters Local 328.  He eventually opened his own business, Blomerth Construction.  There was no job he couldn’t do.

In 2003, Scott married his sweetheart, Robyn Zec.  The two settled down together in Revere.  About a year ago they moved to Alton Bay, NH, where they managed the Spring Haven Village Campground.  It had been their hope to run the campground into their retirement years.

Scott enjoyed riding his motorcycle with Robyn, fishing and music.  He also was a great lover of animals, whether they flew, walked or hopped.

He is survived by his sisters, Lynne Mulhern and lifetime partner Jeff of East Dover, VT, Janice Blomerth-Craigen and husband Bob of Malden, and Leanna Fleming of North Hampton, NH, his nieces, Sandra Napoli and husband Chris, and Megan Lavoie and husband Patrick, as well as their children, Audrey, Andrew, and Trevor.
