Susan Mills Obituary

Susan Marylin Mills

Susan Marylin Mills, 53, a longtime resident of Malden, died Friday, August 24, 2012 at Epoch Senior Healthcare of Melrose in Melrose, Massachusetts. Susan was born and raised in Malden. After graduating from Malden High School, she became a paralegal, and worked at an attorneys office in Malden, before taking employment with Rubin and Rudman Law Offices in Boston. She had worked there for many years until leaving the firm recently. In 2004, she and her sweetheart, Edward W. Mills were married in a ceremony in Lynn. They then settled down together in Malden.

Susan was a Friend of Bill W., and a long time member of the Grace Ministry North Shore Church of Saugus. She enjoyed traveling to Myrtle Beach, and loved her cats, "the three amigos." She had a great outlook on life and a heart as big as Malden, as she was always willing to help anyone who needed it. She will be dearly missed by those whose life she touched.

She is survived by her husband, Edward W. Mills, her sons, Sean E. Mills of Lynn, MA, and Charles Searle of Revere, her brother Robin A. Mansfield of Antrim, NH., as well as two nephews and one niece.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marylin (Eaton) Mansfield.

A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held at the Grace Ministry North Shore Church of Saugus, 101 Main Street Saugus, MA 01906 on Saturday, September 8th, at 11AM. Due to Founder's Day activities in the city of Saugus, you can only reach the church from Route One, there is no access through Saugus Center.
