Thomas J Fasanelli

Thomas J. Fasanelli of Malden passed away on December 9th, 2025. He was the son of Vincent and Alice (Woodburn) Fasanelli and spent his childhood in Boston, Massachusetts. Thomas proudly served as a Marine during the Vietnam War era, exemplifying dedication and bravery. Tom graduated bootcamp when he was only 17 years old. He was the beloved father of Thomas Fasanelli and Chad Gorham. In his younger years, Tom enjoyed fishing at Castle Island. He often told stories of catching "buckets of flounder and cod" and fishing by a fire from the pier.

Thomas is survived by his children, Thomas Fasanelli of Malden and Chad Gorham of Newbury, and his cherished grandchildren, James and Isla Fasanelli. He also leaves behind his siblings, Susan Opanasets, Joanne Fischer, Lisa Fasanell, along with many other family members and friends who will deeply miss him. He was predeceased by his siblings Rosemary Greenwood, Deborah Fasanelli, Jean Fasanelli, Joseph Fasanelli.

Visitation for Thomas will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd, at the Weir MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, located at 144 Salem St, Malden, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
