William McGrath Obituary

William M. McGrath, of Haverhill, 56, passed away on March 29th 2021. William was born in Malden on October 26th 1964. He was the son of Gerald and Beverly (Cummings) McGrath. William graduated from Malden High School with the class of 1982. William married Janice (Campaiola) in 2016 at the Riviera Maya and the two settled in Haverhill. William worked as a IT Professional for many years. In his free time William loved listening to music, playing guitar, enjoyed art, he was a great conversationalist, was very handy and loved remodeling his home. William leaves behind a daughter Carly McGrath and sons Sean McGrath and Steven Campaiola who will also greatly miss him.

He is survived by his wife Janice Campaiola - McGrath of Haverhill, his parents Gerald and Beverly McGrath of Peabody, his children Carly McGrath of Seabrook, NH, Sean McGrath of Merrimack, MA and Steven Campaiola of Haverhill, MA, his siblings Gerald McGrath of Marshfield, MA and Terri Haller of Needham, MA, His aunts and uncles Helen McGrath and Donna and Jim Robsertson, his godfather Vincent McGrath along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his dear friend Dennis Ricci. A celebration of life in honor of William will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the 5th floor CCU at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA.
